Race 8, No. 1 LORDHELPMERUN
Racing extremely well this time in, ran a really good second behind the talented The Velvet King last time out and I think if he can repeat that performance he'll be too good for this lot. Gets in ok at the weights with the Kirby claim and draws perfectly in barrier 3.
Race 6, No. 2 CHIX PIC
Raced like he wanted a little further last time out when racing over the 1000m, gets to 1200m today and gets some weight relief with the Chloe Azzopardi claim. He's a talented sprinter and his best is good enough to win this, $9 is a nice price to find out.
Grant and Alana Williams are striking at an incredible 38% at Belmont this season, they have 5 really good chances to continue at that strike rate.
Race 3, No. 2 FESTIVAL MISS
Team Williams and Pike team up again on this daughter of Bernardini, won really well first up and the punters think she can repeat the dose, $3.80 into $3.20.
Leg 1: 3,4,7,8,9
Leg 2: 1,2,4,10
Leg 3: 1,2,3,8
Leg 4: 1,16
$64 gets you 50%
Race 1: 6,1,4,2 (Good little race this one, hard to go against any Peters owned first starter, especially one as well bred as Significant Hero, Mia Dolce is the biggest danger)
Race 2: 10,3,4,1 (Wide open race, Shinju is the query runner, former New South Welshman who has some decent provincial form)
Race 3: 2,3,6,12 (Festival Miss was excellent first up, can go on with it here, Flower Of War is the biggest danger and Salcity is the value)
Race 4: 1,2,7,5 (Gatting WILL win this)
Race 5: 4,7,8,9 (Fred Dag is building to a win, 1400m looks ideal for him now. Coming Around and Nordic King are the challengers)
Race 6: 2,4,10,1 (BOLTER)
Race 7: 3,2,8,1 (Pretty keen to box up the top 3 selections in a quinella here, The Velvet King has a heap of upside by barrier 13 is the worry, Nikitas is going well and Double Digit is always there abouts)
Race 8: 1,16,15,7 (BEST BET)
