Sunshine Coast - Saturday November 10

  • Rail Position: True Entire Course
  • Track Conditions: Good 4
  • Track Comments: Could see some form reversals on the bigger track and back on the good surface for some runners.

Race 3, No. 1 A MAN TO MATCH

Gave them a start and just missed at Doomben and No. 4 Lope For Joya who he beat home won at her next start. Almost 6 weeks between runs though has the class edge on these to overcome that and has had plenty of race conditioning before that excellent run. Will likely go back and launch late.

Race 6, No. 9 NIKITAS

Ran a nice fourth in listed company behind Burning Front at Flemington back in January and first up here carried 63.5 kgs at unsuitable 900 metres trip. Big improver here as he is up to his pet distance and drops down to 54 kilos. $10 looks ripe pickings and Ryan Maloney takes the ride who has been in great form also.

Race 1 No. 1 ISIS MAGIC has been handily placed by connections winning 11 of her 26 starts at 42% in Country Queensland. Has also won 6 from 14 at the distance and the small field may suit coming into unfamiliar territory at a metropolitan meeting.

Race 4, No. 12 SHE'S RELIABLE

$5.50 into $3.90 for this Reliable Man mare who is looking for this distance.

Leg 1: 6,7,9

Leg 2: 2,3,5,6,11

Leg 3: 2,3,4,7

Leg 4: 6,7,8

$54 gets you 30%

Selections

Race 1: 3,4,1,2. Prue's Angel's form looks superior against the likes of Tawfig Boy and Hingus Rose. Brad Stewart may have to control the pace in the small five horse field to avoid an upset.

Race 2: 6,12,8,9. Betaima cruised in last start though many first starters in this without trial form.

Race 3: 1,4,5,9. Best Bet. A Man To Match.

Race 4: 12,4,7,1. She's Reliable has been looking for a trip and rose in distance dramatically last run. Will be finishing hard.

Race 5: 2,16,11,6. Dream Master pulled up with issues at the Gold Coast when sent out favourite first up. Trial winner before that so looks great value and Ryan Maloney is riding in great form.

Race 6: 9,6,7,2. Value Bet. Nikitas

Race 7: 5,2,6,3. Masterati staved off all but a smart one last time. Gets his chance to break through.

Race 8: 4,2,3,7. Hold The Line won her first two starts prior to a break and that form reads well as last win she ran down Defense Missile who went on to win his next three starts.

Race 9: 7,8,9,6. Annatime finished strong for third and they ran good time. Gets an extra 100 metres and drops 3.5 kilos and looks suited with the longer straight also.
